Transportation

Our Staff welcomes campers arriving from around the world exclusively at the Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris. Transfers to our selected Hotel are made by Shuttle Bus or Taxi.

Flight arrivals:
Campers should arrive one day earlier than camp beginning date in Paris. Flights must arrive after 10:00 am local time. VSF’s Team is at the airport throughout the day to welcome campers arriving from all destinations. Once all the children have arrived our group is transferred to our selected Paris Hotel located near the train Station. Dinner is available at the hotel or nearby (not included).

Departure to camp is in general scheduled early morning the following day. After Breakfast, children are escorted to the train station to meet the camp staff and check in for their camp departure.

Transportation to the camps is by TGV train, (except Formanoir and La Source: Coach Bus) and is supervised by the camp Staff (R/T).

Our Hotel in located in the center of Paris:

Rooms can accommodate up to 3 persons. They are fitted out in a modern and practical way to ensure a comfortable stay. Rooms for three people feature a double bed and a bunk bed, a shower room, toilets and television. All VSF Campers stay together on the same floor and are supervised by the VSF team. (Breakfast is included)

Return from Camp: VSF’s Team welcomes campers upon their return from camp at the train station. Once all the children have arrived our group is transferred to our selected Paris Hotel located near the CDG Airport. Dinner is available at the hotel or nearby (not included).

Return flights home: Return flights must be scheduled one day after their return from camp, departures must be scheduled in the morning (see example below). VSF’s Team will escort all campers to the CDG airport and proceed with check-in for their return flight home.

Arrival Flight in Paris must be July 7 th / Departure Flight must be July 18 th in the morning

Please note that whether you choose to have your children travel with the group from Paris or not the tuition remains the same. Transportation and hotel accommodation is an extra service we provide for children flying unaccompanied to meet our group in Paris.
