MAKING A RESERVATION

Before Making a Reservation for the BAFA program
Read this carefully and have the following Information ready:

• Your name, address, country, and telephone number
• Your Email address
• Full name of your child & Age
• Level of French (spoken) & School attended

Any optional extras or special requestsregarding your child's trip

Please reserve early ( December/January ) to avoid waiting lists.

Application (Part 1) and Deposit:
Once we have checked availability we will ask you to send in your deposit (500 €) and your Application

New ! You can now Register Online and pay with Paypal or with any major Credit Card.

Once your deposit is received you will automatically receive a confirmation invoice detailing exactly what has been booked including any additional extras or special details within 2 weeks following your reservation.

Deadline for Registration is May 15th !

The full balance for the program is payable 8 weeks prior to departure, and no later then May1st. Please note that we reserve the right to charge an administration fee of 50 € per student, for changing arrangements previously agreed to, including travel changes after May 1st.

Refer a Friend: additionally, you will receive a 100 € tuition credit if any new referral you provide on your child’s application signs up for one of our camp!

What’s included?
•Transfers from CDG Airport to the Hotel in Paris or to train stations (round trip) meals are not included.
• Transportation by bus or TGV train from Paris to the camp location (round trip)
• Full-board accommodation (camp) as described on our website
• Full training session including all activities & field trips
• Use of all camp ans school equipment
• Supervision and Support from the VSF Team during the entire session.
• Sympathetic care and supervision by professional camp professionals
• Full travel & medical insurance coverage

What’s not included?
• Airfare to Paris and Hotel reservations in Paris.
• Hotel Accomodation in Paris
• Cancellation Insurance (we advise parents to purchase separate insurance)
• Personal spending money (recommended 200 €) + extra money for Paris
• Extra Meals while travelling or while staying in Paris
• Any extra service to accommodate your trip.

Transportation:
We use the TGV Train.

6- Confirm and Submit Application (Part 1).

• Register by Email or Telephone and pay by Direct Wire Transfer: In this case please ask for our bank account information upon reservation. To confirm your reservation w e must receive a confirmation from you within 3 days to confirm your payment, without such confirmation VSF will not be able to hold a space for your child more than 3 days.

Once Your Reservation is Confirmed and payment received, we will send you a confirmation by email. The forms included in the Application packet will have to be completed, signed and returned to us by mail to complete the application process.
